Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane – Darra QLD is seeking Clinical Assessor Delegates to deliver end-to-end aged care assessments within the My Aged Care framework, combining clinical expertise with solid operational performance.
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will undertake Comprehensive Assessments, Home Support Assessments and SPRs using IAT, determine eligibility, and finalise service approvals and funding decisions in line with legislative and contractual requirements.
