City of Moreton Bay is seeking a Capability Development Partner to raise capability across the organisation. You will design and deliver learning workshops, programs and behavioural safety training, and manage learning through the online system.

As part of the People and Capability team, you will turn adult-learning principles into engaging blended solutions, enjoy a dynamic setting and help 80+ professions grow. Hybrid role in Strathpine with 2 days WFH.
