What the F am I going to be doing?

We're looking for an Advertising Sales Executive to join our growing NSW sales team, based in either Newcastle or the Central Coast .

You'll be selling advertising space on our billboards, working with businesses of all shapes and sizes to get their brands in front of the right people.





We're not looking for someone who just wants to flog advertising space and move on. We want someone who genuinely gives a sh*t about their clients, understands their businesses and builds relationships that last.

Here's a taste of what you'll be across:

- Growing the pie: Finding new business, building your client portfolio and hitting your monthly revenue targets. Good activity, good relationships and good follow-through. No secret formula.
- Getting to know your clients: Understanding what makes their businesses tick, what they're trying to achieve and how outdoor advertising can help them get there.
- Keeping the pipeline moving: Picking up the phone, getting out and meeting people, travelling across Regional NSW, chasing opportunities and keeping your sales pipeline in good shape. Yes, you'll need to use HubSpot. No, your memory isn't a CRM.
- Giving clients a bloody good experience: Being responsive, proactive and easy to deal with. Doing what you say you'll do and making sure clients actually enjoy working with you.

You’ll spend your days building relationships, meeting local businesses, finding opportunities and getting out into the regions.

There’ll be targets to hit, phones to pick up and the occasional knockback. But you’ll have a great product, a cracking team and plenty of support behind you.
