CopiousTrading Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Leading Hand to oversee in office crews in retaining wall and civil landscaping projects. The role combines hands-on leadership with coordination of plant, materials and site logistics, with a clear path toward Project Manager.

You will interpret drawings, verify levels, ensure safety, SWMS compliance, and progressively take ownership of project delivery while liaising with management, clients and suppliers.
