Assistant Finance Manager (Management Accounting) | Bank of China Sydney

Bank of China is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Assistant Finance Manager to join the Sydney Office.

This is a two-year term contract, with solid potential to convert to an ongoing role upon successful completion.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinatingand execution of financial KPI performance review of the Bank, and BU
- Monitoringthe progress and of KPI of the Bank and preparation of analysis
- Prepare businessdevelopment strategies related analysis and report, analyze implementation status
- Preparation ofreview and monitoring of budget execution and perform analysis to assist decision making
- Preparationof financial performance analysis on Bank level, Business Level, and B.U. level, assist B.U. to perform analysis on product level




- Preparation ofmarket and industry analysis report for business planning review and performance analysis

To be considered, possessing following skills and experience are essential:

- Bachelor's degreein accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 3years or more of experience in banking or accounting fields
- Ability to develop detailed plan and organise variety of tasks and projects to achieve goals
- Abilityto prioritize tasks, and meet deadline
- Abilityto get point of view across clearly and concisely
- Problem solving skills and logic thinking
- Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively
- Excellent verbal and written language ability in both English and Mandarin
