Bunnings Group in Victoria is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ person team, drive service, safety and stock management across high‑volume operations, and report to Site Manager. You will train and develop your team, ensure best experience for customers and maintain the widest range and best prices.

The role requires weekend work on a 1 in 3 roster and collaboration with Merchandising, Health and Safety, and suppliers.
