Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager in Australia to lead a large team and oversee daily operations, sales, and stock within a specialist area. You will report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, guiding a 20+ solid team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the widest range and best prices.

You will monitor customer service levels, collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety, and engage suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
