Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Aquatics Services Coordinator in Coburg to lead our Swim Schools programs and oversee the financial performance for the annual plan. You will guide Swim Teachers, drive program excellence, and collaborate with the Aquatic Services Manager to ensure safety and quality across lessons.

You will champion child safety, inclusive practice, and engage with families and community partners to deliver outstanding aquatic education across the centre.
