Roc Consulting seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive new business across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley’s underground coal mines. You will nurture relationships with mine operators, contractors, and procurement teams, while identifying projects and opportunities for growth.

Role is autonomous and territory-versatile, requiring travel to customer sites. Base salary is $120K with Super, fully maintained vehicle, and uncapped commission with $200K+ OTE.
