Australia Post is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to three General Managers in Sydney. This rapid-paced, high-visibility role ensures leadership priorities stay on track and enables leaders to perform at their best.

You will manage complex diary and travel, coordinate communications and leadership forums, and support governance and administration across the executive team. A proactive, discreet, commercially minded approach is essential.
