Business Manager ( Finance & Insurance Automotive )

We are a family-owned multi-franchise dealership located in the heart of the Hawkesbury and are looking for a motivated Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our team.

The main focus of this role is to provide our customers with high quality finance and insurance products. This role encompasses a variety of tasks including:

- Advising clients on various forms of finance and insurance
- Aligning finance and insurance activities with the broader business plan
- Securing competitive interest rates and financing programs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at every touch point
- Reporting of actual performance against set targets
- Communicating with sales teams regarding finance programs and advising on the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:





- A solid understanding of the retail automotive industry as well as the legislative requirements of the financial services industry
- Availability for working Saturdaysas well as previous experience in a finance and insurance role are essential to be considered for this position
- You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, outstanding customer service skills, previous sales experience and the ability to profile customer's needs
- A positive and motivated personality which flows through to your operational style in day-to-day interactions with colleagues and customers
