Employment Requirements:

- Profess a Christian belief and regularly attend a church fellowship
- An ACECQA approved Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACEQA Level 7 or above qualification)
- Current Blue Card / Blue Card Exemption.
- Deep understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Childhood Learning Frameworks (EYLF and QKLG), and QLD regulatory requirements
- Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain)
