Austin Health’s Transition Care and Restorative Care teams are seeking a Grade 2 Physiotherapist to provide services in residential and community settings. You will support discharge planning and work collaboratively with the TCP team to optimise client outcomes.

The role requires a physiotherapy qualification and current AHPRA registration, with experience in aged care or community settings and robust communication skills to engage families and care teams.
