We're recruiting for a full-time, permanent Site Supervisor for our client, a growing national Contractor, supporting civil infrastructure projects across Albury-Wodonga, Wagga and nearby regions. Projects span across civil infrastructure, defence and renewable energy, including earthworks, drainage, underground services, roads, intersections, electrical infrastructure and more. This is a site-based role with an immediate start available.
You'll work closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to coordinate daily works, manage labour and plant, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, program and budget requirements.

You'll work closely with project managers,
engineers and subcontractors to coordinate daily works, manage labour and plant, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, program and budget requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of civil infrastructure works across self-performed and subcontracted packages
- Lead safety on site, including daily pre-starts, inspections and compliance of all workers, subcontractors and plant
- Plan and sequence work in line with the master program, and manage labour, plant and materials to targets
- Monitor and report program delays, variances and scope changes
- Liaise with clients, engineers, consultants and subcontractors, and maintain the site diary and daily records
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience supervising civil construction crews and subcontractors
- Robust civil infrastructure background in earthworks, drainage, roads and related works
- Ability to read construction drawings, plan work sequences and lead safety on site
