Pub & Grill is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, mentor staff and ensure every customer receives a warm, memorable visit. You’ll lead by example, keeping service smooth and quickly addressing any issues that arise.

You’ll be responsible for organising the team during busy periods, maintaining safety and compliance behind the bar, and upholding Greene King’s high standards across all outlets.
