Santa Maria College in Melbourne is seeking a diligent Risk and Compliance Officer (0.6FTE) on an ongoing part-time basis. The role supports risk management frameworks, audits, and HR-related compliance activities within the Administration Team and reports to the Principal via the Business Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, and solid communication skills, with CWCC/ NPC checks and a collaborative, confidential approach to workplace
