Grand Pacific Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for The Marion in Canberra. You will lead day-to-day operations for high tea, weddings, corporate functions and private events, while managing front-of-house staff and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive revenue, monitor costs and ensure WHS and RSA compliance, with a hands-on leadership style during nights and peak periods.
