Telstra Retail is looking for a full time Customer Service & Sales Consultant to join our Knox team. You’ll help customers choose the right products, activate services, and troubleshoot basic issues while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll act as a friendly, knowledgeable tech expert, driving sales targets and KPIs, and collaborating with the store team to create a welcoming customer experience every day.
