As our brand continues to grow across Australia and internationally, we're looking for a Garment Technician to join our product team at our Helensvale headquarters. This is an opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with early industry experience to develop their technical skills and gain hands‑on experience across workwear, denim and western fashion. Working closely with our Garment Technology, Design, Product Development and Production teams, you'll help ensure our products fit well, perform properly and meet the quality standards our customers expect.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with measuring garment samples and checking them against specifications
- Support garment fit sessions by recording measurements, taking photos and preparing fit comments
- Help prepare and update technical packs, measurement charts and construction details
- Assist with maintaining the company's block library and grading records
- Support communication with offshore suppliers, providing clear technical information under the guidance of the team
- Organise and track samples, ensuring records and feedback are kept up to date
- Help identify fit, construction and quality issues for review by experienced team members
- Assist with tracking sample submissions and following up on product development deadlines
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, labelling and sample archives
- Collaborate with the wider product team to bring seasonal ranges to life

About you

- A qualification, or near completion of studies, in Garment Technology, Fashion Design,



Fashion Production or a related discipline
- Some relevant experience through employment, internships, placements or study projects is beneficial, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- A foundational understanding of garment construction, measurements, fit and fabrics
- Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to solving problems
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing tasks
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Adobe Illustrator; experience with technical design software is a bonus
- Clear communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and learn
- A positive, reliable and collaborative approach
