SKØL Bar & Drift Kitchen is a popular, small neighbourhood bar in suburban Scarborough focused on quality over quantity, with a cafe attached serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are seeking someone with passion for food and experience running a busy service in a kitchen environment as our current amazing head chef continues his travels.

Key responsibilities

Run a busy service in the kitchen

Demonstrate costing and creativity in food preparation

Work under pressure while maintaining organisational skills

Communicate clearly with team members

Contribute as a team player with respect for fellow staff

About you

Qualified and experienced in kitchen operations

Minimum 3 year kitchen experience (Required)

Passion and love for the job

Ability to work under pressure





Strong organisational and communication skills

Team player with respect for fellow staff

Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)

Own vehicle or live close by to travel to work
