Feros Care is hiring a Casual Aged Care Community Support Worker (Qualified) to assist older Australians at home across Ballarat and surrounding suburbs. The role involves flexible schedule, client visits ranging from 30 minutes to 3-4 hours, and travel using your own vehicle.

The position requires Certificate III/IV in Aged Care (with transcripts), current First Aid, and Australian working rights. Casual loading, superannuation, salary packaging, and other benefits are included.
