About the role

As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you'll be an integral part of the team, contributing to projects across Australia. FSG is an employee-owned geotechnical consulting firm with over 120 staff across Australia, working across diverse markets including infrastructure, resources, energy, land development and disaster recovery, working in urban, rural, and offshore environments.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct geotechnical investigations, field testing,



and construction support
- Assist in scheduling fieldwork, managing timelines, budgets, and resources
- Evaluate geotechnical data and prepare detailed reports
- Support foundation design, slope stability assessments, pavement designs, and other key engineering tasks
- Work alongside experienced engineers to develop your skills
- Get involved in exciting projects that are both local and travel based

About you

- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, or a related field
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
- Full driver's license
