Endeavour Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Caloundra Hotel, a landmark venue about to open on the Sunshine Coast. You will work closely with the leadership team to shape culture, standards and guest experience across shifts.

You’ll supervise front-of-house operations, lead hospo teams, and handle daily challenges with energy and professionalism while maintaining safety and service excellence.
