Hungry Jack's is looking for a proactive trainer, coach and mentor to lead crew development in Australia. You will role-model our Guest Obsessed and People Power values, delivering exceptional service and promoting safe working conditions for all.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will train, coach and supervise shifts, drive sales through excellent service, and help execute initiatives that enhance customer experience while nurturing inclusiveness and accountability across the team.
