We're seeking a hands-on Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a cleaning team and help keep Orana Mall clean, secure and welcoming for shoppers, retailers and staff. You'll take an active role in daily cleaning while coordinating the team and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

- Carry out cleaning duties across mall common areas, amenities and other designated spaces.
- Allocate tasks, support team members and monitor cleaning standards.
- Check cleaning supplies and equipment, and report maintenance or safety issues.
- Follow safe work practices, site procedures and cleaning schedules.
- Respond to spills and urgent cleaning requests promptly.
- Communicate professionally with retailers, customers, contractors and management.
- Complete shift handovers, checklists and relevant reports.

About you





- Experience in commercial cleaning; supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable leading by example and working alongside a cleaning team.
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Able to follow workplace health and safety procedures and use cleaning equipment safely.
- Available to work a roster that may include early starts, evenings, weekends or public holidays.
- A hands-on leadership role in a busy shopping-centre environment.
- Supportive team and site-specific training.
