The Role

You will be the first voice new and existing customers hear when they call Pest2Kill. You'll convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings, manage a high-volume phone line with confidence, and spot upsell opportunities. You will work closely with the office supervisor and the wider customer service team.

What You'll Own

- The residential client portfolio of recent and existing customers
- Converting inbound enquiries into confirmed, revenue-generating bookings




- Achieving weekly conversion and booking targetsUpselling and cross-selling
- Booking and CRM system accuracy along with general office administrations support
- Coordination with the field team for smooth, on-time service delivery
- Retaining and rebooking existing residential customers

About You

- Confident communicator with strong verbal skills (excellent spoken English essential)
- Natural rapport-builder - able to influence purchasing decisions over the phone
- Commercial mindset - driven to convert enquiries and hit targets
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and sales targets
- Reliable, proactive, and highly organised under pressure
- Customer service or phone-based sales experience essential
