Port Arthur Historic Site in Tasmania is seeking a Chef B3 to join our Food & Beverage team in a permanent full time capacity. The role covers 1830 Restaurant & Bar, cafes and function catering across the Site.

You will work 76 hours per fortnight, assist with menu design and costing, stock control, and training of apprentices while upholding safety standards in a busy heritage setting.
