Furnx Commercial Furniture – Eastern Creek NSW is seeking a Customer Service Officer to drive sales and service at the state branch. The role requires regular in-person attendance to greet walk-in customers, support showroom visits, and coordinate with delivery drivers.

You will handle productive order entry, provide ETAs, maintain product knowledge to Furnx standards, and perform data entry and quoting tasks. This is a hands-on role focused on customer satisfaction at the branch.
