Salary: $74,916.40 per annum

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Support Officer to fill a role full time permanent role within the Greater Shepparton City Council’s Building, Planning and Compliance Department.

The role has a broad range of responsibilities, including:

Providing prompt and efficient administrative support to the Building, Statutory Planning, Strategic Planning, and Compliance Teams within the Building Planning and Compliance Department.

Maintaining accurate building, planning,



local laws and parking enforcement related records and attending to a range of administrative support tasks in a detailed, friendly and efficient manner.

Working effectively and efficiently in a flexible team environment to fulfil the administration, building, planning, local laws and parking enforcement and other support requirements of the department.

Providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers.

Experience in office support and administration in local government or a related field, is desirable.
