Lifely, an creative eCommerce company, seeks a full-time Accounts Payable Officer to manage supplier bills across our Australia, US, UK and Canada entities. You will ensure accuracy, approvals and on-time payments, helping stock move smoothly and supplier relationships stay strong.
Responsibilities include entering bills in Xero, matching to POs, coding by company and currency, and preparing weekly payment runs in AUD, USD, GBP and CAD. You’ll help automate AP and support month-end close.
