Flexihire is seeking a Hire Controller / Customer Service Officer to join our growing team in Caboolture, QLD. This is a full-time position that sits at the heart of our business operations, bridging the gap between our customers and our hiring services. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service whilst managing the administration of hire requests and customer interactions. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment where you'll have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.

What you'll be doing

Processing and managing hire requests from clients, ensuring accuracy and timely completion

Providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email and face-to-face interactions

Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to hire transactions and customer communications

Coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth hire operations and resolve customer queries

Responding to customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Managing administrative tasks including scheduling, invoicing support and data entry

Updating and maintaining customer databases and CRM systems

Supporting the sales team with client information and administrative support as required

Contributing to the improvement of processes and procedures to enhance customer experience

What we're looking for

Proven experience in customer service or client administration roles

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications





Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented team

Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach

Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks

Professional demeanour and positive attitude

Preferred: Experience in the hire industry
