Power On Australia | Salisbury, Brisbane

If you’re the kind of person who can walk into a warehouse, instantly see what’s working (and what’s not), and take control of the operation from day one, this role is for you.

Power On Australia designs and delivers smart power systems that keep businesses, facilities, and critical infrastructure running across mining, health, transport, and telecommunications sectors. We’re growing fast and need a Warehouse Storeperson who can match our pace.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll own the warehouse, ensuring every delivery lands on time and every order leaves the building right the first time. This is a hands-on role that balances daily coordination with long-term improvement. You’ll refine systems, lead safety standards, and work closely with the engineering and projects teams to make sure everything flows seamlessly from planning to dispatch.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

- Take pride in running a clean, organised, and safe warehouse.
- Like autonomy and accountability, because you’ll be trusted to make decisions.

- Have a sharp eye for process improvement and cost control.
- Can lead by example.
- Want to be part of a high-performance team doing complex, meaningful work.

What You Bring

- Solid experience managing a warehouse or logistics function, ideally in a technical or project-based environment.
- Confidence managing stock, freight, and suppliers.
- A current forklift licence and a valid driver’s licence.
- Competent in working with computers and other IT systems.
- Attention to detail, proactive communication, and pride in your work.
- The drive to continually improve how things are done.

Why Power On Australia

You’ll be joining a secure, established business with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. You’ll work closely with the owners and be part of a team that values initiative, ideas, and results. The business is growing, and the right person will grow with it.
