SA Health in Mount Pleasant is seeking a Facilities Officer to maintain and improve health unit facilities and grounds, indoors and outdoors, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for staff and patients.

You will perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, and mechanical tasks, operate forklifts and tractors, and support training and safety compliance. This role offers a path to contribute to continuous improvement in a rural health network.
