About the Role

This is a Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant / Retail Manager position,



combining hands-on pharmacy retail responsibilities with the day-to-day management and coordination of store operations.

You will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the pharmacy team and ensuring the store operates efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their pharmacy and retail needs
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
- Leading, motivating and supporting team members to achieve excellent service standards
- Assisting with staff training, development and supervision
- Maintaining stock levels, merchandising and presentation of the store
- Monitoring store performance and identifying opportunities to improve sales and customer experience
- Ensuring the store is clean, organised and professionally presented
- Supporting compliance with relevant policies, procedures and pharmacy retail requirements
- Working collaboratively with the pharmacy team to create a welcoming and positive environment

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about community pharmacy, confident in a retail environment and capable of taking on leadership responsibilities.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous pharmacy assistant experience
- Previous retail management or team leadership experience




- A strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to lead, motivate and work collaboratively with a team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and daily store operations
- A reliable, honest and professional work ethic
- Confidence working in a fast-paced retail environmentA willingness to learn, develop and upskill
- A genuine interest in supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community

Candidates with previous pharmacy retail management experience will be highly regarded.
