Mass Resources is seeking experienced Excavator Operators for upcoming positions on a long-term civil construction project in Wagga Wagga, NSW.

Excavator Operators - Civil

What's on offer

- $50 per hour + applicable penalties + superannuation

- Monday to Saturday roster, approximately 10 hours per day

- Expected project duration of 6+ months

- Consistent hours and long-term project opportunities

- Work alongside an experienced civil construction team

About the role

- Operate excavators on civil construction and earthworks activities

- Complete excavation, trenching, bulk earthworks and site preparation

- Load trucks and move materials safely around site

- Work alongside other mobile plant and ground personnel

- Complete daily pre-start inspections

- Maintain safe and productive work practices

Essential requirements

- Demonstrated excavator operating experience on civil construction projects

- Relevant excavator competency evidence, tickets or VOCs

- Construction White Card





- Experience working around other mobile plant

- Robust commitment to safety and teamwork

- Full Australian working rights

- Availability for a Monday to Saturday roster

- Ability to satisfy Defence site access and security requirements

Defence site access requirements

- Current Defence Common Access Card (DCAC) highly regarded

- Applicants without a DCAC may be eligible for a 28-day temporary Defence visitor pass while their DCAC application is being processed

- Temporary passes are subject to Defence approval, site authorisation and applicable access conditions

- Applicants must be willing to complete the DCAC application process, Damstra onboarding and all required site inductions

- Ability to provide identification and supporting compliance documentation
