Bluestar Global Logistics is seeking an experienced Customer Service Support Representative to join our NSW team and serve as the local point of contact for customers. You will collaborate with operations and the Melbourne team to provide timely updates on freight movements and service issues.

In this role you will monitor shipments, obtain PODs, support bookings, and maintain accurate records while delivering proactive and solution-focused service to our customers across Australia.
