Front of House Managers - Two Permanent Positions

Full-time Monday-Friday | Part-time Weekends

About the roles

We are seeking two Front of House Managers (one full-time and one part time) to lead lunch and dinner service, support front-of-house staff, maintain high standards and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for students and guests. Working closely with the Catering Manager and kitchen team, you'll also contribute to Formal Dinners and College events.

Jane College (formerly Jane Franklin Hall) is Tasmania's only fully catered residential college for university students. We're a friendly, close-knit community where hospitality is personal, relationships matter and the little things make a big difference.

Key responsibilities

- Lead lunch and dinner service
- Support front-of-house staff
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage service
- Create a warm,



welcoming atmosphere for students and guests
- Contribute to Formal Dinners and College events
- Work with the Catering Manager and kitchen team

About you

- Has hospitality and team leadership experience
- Takes pride in excellent food and beverage service
- Warm, organised, confident and approachable
- Brings initiative, creativity and an eye for detail
- Enjoys working with young adults and being part of a community
