Australia Post is seeking an Account Manager, Small Business, to manage a portfolio of online-focused customers and grow recurring revenue. You’ll work mainly by phone with some in-person and video meetings, reporting to the Small Business Sales Manager and collaborating with product, pricing, solutions, and enterprise sales teams.

Key responsibilities include renewing contracts, expanding services within existing contracts, closing current opportunities, and developing joint business reviews.
