Crows Nest Meatworks is seeking a Quality Assurance - Food Safety Officer to oversee day-to-day food safety and quality across the plant from livestock receival to dispatch. You will work closely with production, taking ownership of HACCP and compliance with relevant standards.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on QA experience in meat processing, a solid grasp of AS 4696, and a qualification in food science or meat processing.
