MONA in Hobart—Berriedale—seeks a senior waiter to join its vibrant hospitality team. You will deliver high-standard customer service, eloquent table service, and knowledgeable guidance on food and drinks across in office restaurants and venues.

The role requires 2+ years in full table service, a passion for Tasmanian produce, and RSA certification. You’ll work across five trading days, including evenings and special events, with internal training and mentoring opportunities.
