An exciting opportunity has opened up at Mermaid Beach SLSC Supporters Club for a Trainee Duty Manager / Supervisor. We're looking for a hands-on hospitality skilled to play a key role in the day-to-day running of our thriving club, supporting both our team and management.

About Us

Our club is a small-to-medium venue with a big reputation. We're home to the award-winning Merlina's Restaurant, a bar, 24 EGMs, and a TAB Sports Bar with Keno facilities. We pride ourselves on a hands-on approach, premium customer service, and a team culture that's second to none.

About You

You're proactive, energetic, and know that great leadership happens on the floor, not behind a desk. You bring hospitality experience and a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. You enjoy building, motivating, and developing a team, and you'll help create a positive, productive environment for a diverse group of hospitality professionals.

What You'll Need





- Current RSA and RCG certificates (an Approved Manager's Licence - RMLV - is highly regarded, along with any other relevant qualifications)
- Hospitality industry experience with a strong customer service background
- Excellent presentation and attention to detail
- Leadership skills, with a focus on team building, motivation, and staff development
- A commitment to your own growth as well as the growth of our team and business, leading by example with professionalism
