Cranbrook School is seeking a permanent full time ICT Service Desk Officer to support staff and students across its Senior and Junior School campuses in Bellevue Hill, Rose Bay, and affiliated preschools. You will handle 1st and 2nd line IT support, incident logging, and deployment tasks for Windows and Mac devices, printers, AV, and cloud services.

The role requires recent service desk experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding children.
