As the next custodian of this significant role, you'll play a key part in supporting our Service Department, ensuring warranty administration is delivered with the accuracy, professionalism, and customer focus synonymous with the Toyota brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
- Review repair orders and supporting documentation to ensure compliance.
- Monitor claim progress and proactively resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate warranty records and reporting requirements.
- Liaise with Toyota and internal departments to ensure seamless claim processing.





Our ideal candidate will have:

- Strong data entry and computer literacy skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
- Experience with Tune, SAP Claims systems are highly regarded
- Previous warranty processing experience is a bonus — but not essential
- A sharp eye for detail and a general understanding of vehicles will also be advantageous
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
