The Grand Saddles Lodge is seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor / Mixologist to lead bar service, craft exceptional cocktails and deliver outstanding guest experiences across our elegant piano bar and dining venues, where every pour reflects precision, creativity and a genuine love of premium Australian hospitality.

You will own the beverage program, curate a compelling drinks list and mentor a skilled front‑of‑house team.
