Mullins Wheels is one of Australia's most established suppliers to the automotive industry.

Operating since 1905, we supply a wide range of alloy and steel wheels, industrial rims, trailer components and specialised wheel products to customers across mining, construction, agriculture, retail and manufacturing.

We are now looking for a customer-focused Sales and Customer Support Consultant to join our Queensland team. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety across internal sales, product support and branch operations. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with customers and being part of a small, supportive team, this is a great long-term opportunity.

What you'll be doing

- Responding to incoming calls, orders and customer enquiries
- Providing accurate product and fitment advice (training provided)
- Preparing quotes, processing orders and supporting the external sales representative
- Coordinating dispatch, logistics and order fulfilment
- Assisting with warehouse tasks during peak periods to ensure smooth operations




- Building strong relationships with trade and B2B customers
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the branch

About you

You will thrive here if you enjoy being the go-to person for customers and the link between sales and operations. You bring:

- Experience in internal sales, customer service or sales support
- Confidence learning technical product information
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Solid communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers
- Forklift licence (advantage but not essential)

Industry experience in automotive, transport, mechanical parts, wheels/tyres, tools or industrial products is highly regarded but not required. Full training is provided.
