Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver spa services in an efficient, friendly and professional manner according to Spa protocols
- Welcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs and be a trusted contact for anything from bill issues to local knowledge
- Know all services, products and costs so you can upsell and rebook guests and recommend retail items
- Perform Spa Reception duties including reservations, cashiering, phone calls and general enquiries




- Follow safety procedures and report all incidents and maintenance to the Spa Manager or Supervisor
- Keep treatment rooms, change rooms, wet areas, reception and back of house areas clean and tidy, and assist colleagues and other departments as required

What You'll Bring:

- Diploma in Beauty Therapy and/or Cert IV in Massage and/or previous experience as a spa therapist within a resort or hotel environment
- Experience and confidence in delivering facial and body treatments
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt and personalise treatments to guests' concerns
- Excellent attention to detail and a skilled standard of presentation
- A good understanding of spa culture and the health and well-being industry
- The ability to remain calm under pressure, with great problem solving skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills and a proven track record in retail sales
- Flexibility to assist in other areas of the hotel if the job requires
