You will be well supported, trained and we will help you progress within the company.You will be enrolled in all the highly regarded LJ Hooker training courses, graduate with a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Property Services and you will be working towards a career as an agent in your own right.





The role requires successful candidates to be driven, highly self-motivated and possess a track record of customer service in past roles. You will need to be well organised and love working with people.

The ideal candidate will:

Take pride in outstanding communication with all clients.

Work independently but also as a team.

Consistently prove reliable and self-motivated towards growth in the industry.

Conduct themselves in a professional and approachable manner at all times.

Hold a real estate certificate of registration or license in ACT.

Have at least 12 months experience with running a portfolio.

Work towards and meet define KPI’s.
