The Salvation Army in Horsham, VIC is seeking a part time Housing Case Manager. This role offers 28.5 hours per week, on-site at our Horsham office, with SCHADS Award Level 5 compensation and superannuation.

Applicants should have a tertiary qualification in Social Work or related field and relevant experience. You will conduct intake assessments, provide outreach and emotional support, and coordinate referrals to housing and support services to help clients secure stable housing and improve
