- We're looking for someone with 2–5years' experience in a corporate IT support role who enjoys helping people,solving problems and working with modern technology.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative IT team, you will provide hands‑on supportacross a broad range of technologies, ensuring employees have the tools andsystems they need to succeed. You'll play a key role in supporting Microsoft 365, audio visual systems, end‑user devices, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day IT supportacross hardware, software, mobile devices and business applications,

- Look after Microsoft 365administration and support, resolving issues and assisting users with theirtechnology needs.

- Keep meeting rooms runningsmoothly by supporting and troubleshooting audio visual equipment and MicrosoftTeams Rooms.

- Coordinate and maintain leasedhardware, ensuring devices are deployed, replaced and tracked appropriatelythroughout their lifecycle.

- Support the rollout and ongoinguse of AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude/





- Travel between Sydney officelocations when needed to provide hands‑on support and assist with projects.
