Western Power is seeking a Graduate & Early Careers Program Consultant to lead coordination of entry level programs in Perth. You will oversee rotations, career planning, and alignment with VET requirements to build robust talent pipelines.

You will work with steering committees, maintain relationships with staff and leaders, and engage with educational institutions to ensure training meets business needs. This role supports recruitment planning and programme implementation across WA.
